We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request. However, because of multiple variables, including the traffic , we DO NOT GUARANTEE deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays, please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule.

– We assess each delivery situation on an individual basis.  If the delivery location looks safe with a protected area to keep the bouquet shaded and away from the elements, we will leave it there and follow up with a phone call to the recipient.  If we are unable to leave it at the residence, our next step is to try to leave it with a neighbor.  If both these options are unavailable we then leave a tag on the recipients door letting them know we were by with a special delivery.  We ask that they call us to arrange a new delivery or they may come to our shop and pick up their bouquet. 

No. For optimal appearance of the roses, customers cannot take the roses out of the box. They are happy in there and meant to stay inside for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. During the creation of each custom rose arrangement, the roses are meticulously placed within the box. Removing the roses will damage them and ruin the arrangement.

Yes, we also do accept quick pay for 50 % deposit, and rest 50 % can be paid cash at delivery. Order must be paid in full BEFORE the delivery or pick up !!!

Unfortunately, our arrangements of FlowWow are not eligible for returns. Please also note, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed.

Most of the time, the arrangements will look very similar to the ones featured on this website. However, please be advised that substitutions may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. 

If we are out of a particular color box, may substitute a same size box of a different color that our designers think would not undermine the overall look of the arrangement. We have the most creative designers on our team who professionally recreate FlowWow designs based on their creative interpretation. 

The “look and feel” of FlowWow arrangements featured will remain the same, with our designers paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. 

In FlowWow Signature Mix Arrangements, color will take preference over the type of the flower. If we are out of a specific flower, the designer may substitute it with a similar flower of an equal or greater value that is similar to the color featured on the website. 

In FlowWowArrangements, variety will take preference over color. For instance, if we are out of  Coral Peonies they will substitute another color of peonies, not another coral flower.

FlowWow is a fresh flower boutique that provides a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.

We cannot guarantee how long fresh flowers will last as they no longer live in the soil when delivered to you. However, with proper care, you can make a significant difference in their lifespan.

Please follow these instructions to give your flowers a longer life: 

• Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 
• Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. 
• Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Remove fading blooms and foliage. Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck fading flowers off the stem.
